AIR Space and Chicken Legs

I am currently an artist in the AIR (Artist in Residence) program and this is a picture of the basement under Renewal where I share space with another artist, Erik Sande.

The space is big enough for both of us to to have junk all over the place, so that is excellent. I have this large piece that I have been wanting to paint for so long! I just have such a small studio in my house and so much junk that it seemed way to cramped to even start.

So now I have started and it's not as intimidating when the room you are working in is 20 bigger than one you usually work in. The painting is called Chicken Legs and it's kind of a piece in homage to summertime, bicycle riding and pet chickens. All the good things in life.
I'm heading back to paint in a couple of days so I will take pics and show you my progress.
Ciao!

Buy Cool Stuff!

Rock and roll! You can finally buy cool stuff made by me on my site! Thanks to PayPal making everything easier for lame-O's like me that have a hard time figuring web stuff out.

I have prints, buckles and greeting cards for sell and now need to finish t-shirts, pendants and new artwork. Whew! This is like a full time job.

Any who - I am also one of the artist in the AIR program and have been working on a large piece that I have had sketched out for a long time but was too overwhelmed to do it. Hence, Lame-O. I'm going to try to post a pic on here to see what it's all about and then maybe put it on my site.

Audios.

Sexydingoart.com Update

So, for all of my readers (a total of 1 including me), just wanted to let you know that I have been doing some updates on my website. On the Belt Buckles pages I have added a link to my etsy shop. This will help you in all of your many purchases of buckles.

I am also updated to home page to include something amazing...I'm not sure what yet, but it's gonna be good.

And for all of my blog followers....I have put a link to my blog on my Links page so it's easier to get to my whimsical word stylings. O.K. Good job Kristy.
